Everything is bad
I always go there I preferred this place because of good staff,professional behaviour. We can walk in any time.
I went to DynaCare to do the Harmony test as part of my prenatal care. I went in, short wait time which was great but they did not give me a PIN number and so when I tried to sign up for DyncaCare Plus to view my results as I had paid good money to see it, I could not access. When I tried to call the facility they would not answer their calls. I sent a customer service request on line and did not get a call back and I called the customer service department myself I am currently on hold for 15 min. Once more, the facility did... read more
Extremely disappointing experience. I am 8 months pregnant and came for a sugar and urine test. The washroom was out of service, and instead of helping, staff told me rudely to go “anywhere” to give a urine sample or leave and come back another day. Zero care, zero respect, and very insensitive behavior. This is unacceptable for a healthcare facility.
I had my bloodwork today Jan 26, 2026 & Rosalie did with care and I barely feel the needle - no pain. Normally I’m not generous with providing blood, thus, the reason I always mention at the start of the procedure to use the smallest needle butterfly, but Rosalie was great to do the one time poke with no pain at all- commending her for a great job well done
