Helpful and friendly
Excellent service even though busy still very good service
I had a disappointing experience at Dynacare Health Centre. I had booked an appointment for my blood test but arrived a little late due to traffic. Unfortunately, the staff member spoke to me in a very unpleasant and disrespectful manner. I understand the importance of being on time, but I believe patients should still be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience made me feel very upset.
Went on a week-day (Monday afternoon). And there were only two or three patients around. The nurse who took my blood, was the first one in a while who stuck me with a needle, and I didn't have a hematoma. (Of course, too many in Canada don't do it properly, and you always bleed internally). She's the first one in Canada, in many years, who did it in a way that didn't cause issues. Unfortunately, I didn't bother checking what her name was.
