The way they treat the customer is not satisfactory
I want to comment on this location because their service is horrible—it is the worst I have ever experienced. The front desk staff are rude and do not allow questions.
I've been trying to call them over a few days (all different times hoping to catch them when they are not busy). And every time the phone keeps ringing and then they will disconnect. So, over 5 different days no one was able to pick up once. This isn't an accessible approach for lots of people who just need a few clarifications via phone.
