I went to Dynacare at Lawrence in Scarborough for doing the blood work of my daughter, there was a guy who was shouting very violently and harassing the staff and scaring everyone. My daughter was really scared, this was too hostile for just doing simple blood work. The staff handled the situation professionally. Trying to explain and calm him down but it didn’t seem to work. due to the scary looks of the scene we left without getting my daughter’s blood work.
