I am 6 months pregnant, visited this place for blood test. The old lady at the front desk was so rude, have no idea how to deal with clients. They have no knowledge about nurse patients relationships. They feel the work is a burden and they want to do all Blood test in one day even if patient is not ready for that. Other staff are good.
I had a pleasant experience today at Dynacare because of the amazing staff support I received from Antonia. She maintained a high level of professionalism and dedication at the laboratory. She maintained a positive and respectful attitude toward me, and her willingness to assist others and communicate clearly is really commendable.
I visited this location few times but last time ,percy, she helped me which is really amazing every business needs someone like Percy to make easy for patients. Thanks percy agaian.
Great experience. I recently had a blood test completed by percy. She was very much understanding, caring and made sure i am okay.
