I was interested in buying a home in Fayetteville. The seller listed with this realtor. I offered asking price and this realtor said that wasn't enough. When my realtor asked him why, he said the seller has accepted an offer months ago . However, the listing price was dropped $10k within 30 days of me putting in the offer.
