Went there. They were 3 days late and tried over charging me.

We do audit our 24-hour computer repair guarantee, and I don't know of anyone we failed to meet recently. I can also assure you we wouldn't intentionally overcharge. They are being sued by Microsoft for selling counterfeit Windows Vista on PCs. They were warned before, and now MS is filing an injunction against them. They've been scam artists for over 10 years, lying to customers and squeezing money out of them. I remember when I checked in a PC and they broke my CPU heatsink/fan and told me it was brought in that way - after they had performed maintenance on it. Facebook was founded February 4th, 2004, and the last time Mr. Anhalt visited our retail store for repair was June 5th, 2003? So it's quite interesting that he's using this forum to tell us now about his dissatisfaction with our service 11 years ago? We have no notes from then to indicate that he was unhappy with the diagnostics of the computer he was trying to build on his own.
