Great service, great company and great prices.
On October 4th, 2011 Mike Dykeman of Dykeman Property management came to my home in order to review the work I needed done so that he could submit an accurate proposal. He was in my home for about 30 minutes, looked at all aspects of the job, took notes, wrote down model numbers and made the necessary measurements. He assured me that he'd have the proposal to me in the next 2 - 3 days and then charged me $33 for making the trip, assuring me that if we went forward with the work the $33 would be applied to the job.
