Fabian Gonzales is the absolute worst. You cant believe anything he says. He also manages rental property and has no regard for basic rights of tenants. He rented a place to my sister which has toxic black mold rapant throughout and he knew about it but did not disclose it. When she told him her doctor told her she is sick from the mold, she was given a 30 day notice to move. Just like every tenant before her. He has no morals or ethics. He lies to get what he wants. I relocated to San Diego from out of state, and of course I did not know anything about the area. I wrote an email to Dyjero Realty and I was promptly contacted by Dylan. I was looking for something close to the beach, and Dylan was able to show me many different options. Figuring out all the different neighborhoods of San Diego is not an easy task, especially for someone like me who didn’t know anything about the area, and Dylan helped me every step of the way.
