Fabian Gonzales is the absolute worst. You cant believe anything he says. He also manages rental property and has no regard for basic rights of tenants. He rented a place to my sister which has toxic black mold rapant throughout and he knew about it but did not disclose it. When she told him her doctor told her she is sick from the mold, she was given a 30 day notice to move. Just like every tenant before her. He has no morals or ethics. He lies to get what he wants.
