The best in surveillance, installation and home alarm – Dyezz was recommended to me by a friend who had John and his team install security cameras and alarm systems at his store. Dyezz- Great Customer Experience – We are a new small business and we called Dyezz Surveillance to install our alarm system due to their established reputation in Austin. They were completely accommodating and professional. They walked us through the entire process, explaining all the products and latest innovations in the industry. Whenever we have questions, they are very kind and quick to respond. We highly recommend Dyezz for security and surveillance.
Dyezz Surveillance – I had several issues with the installation, service,and performance of cameras installed by Dyezz security. John Dyezz met with me personally on 2 different occasions to rectify my problems and insure that these issues would be corrected and would not be issues in the future. Since meeting with John and seeing the obvious customer service corrections he and his staff made, I have had no issues what so ever. Excellent customer service & prompt response – My job requires me to work long hours and sometimes into the evenings. I have such a sense of security knowing that we're being monitored by Dyezz. I can leave the house knowing my wife and kids are in good hands and that they can feel safe without me being home. They are prompt and respond quickly should our alarm be triggered...like when I forget to deactivate it to let the dog out in the middle of the night.
