This clinic does not recognize new patients first (not allowing to offer insurance card/photo ID) and would make them just sign in and wait. This place needs an efficient set of receptionists and office workers! In addition, Dr. Busch wasn’t that friendly towards me nor did he introduce himself! He appeared in a messy gray tee-shirt and slacks rather than a lab coat or scrubs. I also noticed that the hard drive tower in the exam room is filled with dust! We took son to a walk in clinic, after fighting a rash for 5 weeks, we decided to go here. In just 2 days, it’s SO much better. Dr. Busch and team were great and professional.
The nurses where sweet HOWEVER The doctor did not even look at my son. He seemed aggravated we were even there. He called in some “medicine”, I go pick it up and it’s literally lotion you can by at Walmart. If he would have actually talked to us he would have known we have tried that exact kind and it didn’t work. THEN it says do not apply to his face which is exactly where the rash is. I will not be back!
This is an awesome clinic; the staff is very professional as well as courteous, polite. I recommend this place to anyone needing a dermatologist.
