Dyer's Burgers may not be the most glamorous place to dine in Memphis, but it's survived since it's opening in 1912 because the burgers are out of this world. The burgers come in singles, doubles, and a stack of three patties and three slices of cheese. The secret to making such mouthwatering burgers? They've been using the same grease for the entirety of the restaurant's 100 year history. Add some fries or onion rings and a drink to your order, and you're in for a satisfying lunch.

Food and the service was excellent
Absolutely phenomenal service! The waitress was attentive and made sure we had the best recommendation of what to get from the menu for our first visit. She even let us sample the chili. Which is delicious, I might add. The burgers? Wow! This could possibly be the best burger I've ever had, hands-down. And make sure to try the fried Twinkie. Will definitely go back and recommend to our friends!
Wounderful service and the best burger I ever been eating! The nr 1 food we had on our trip to the Stats! "You can die for Dyers"
I don't know what makes the burgers and fries taste so good. Maybe it's the fresh ingredients? Maybe it's the century old grease? Whatever it is I'm blessed to have had the experience! My husband and I loved it!
can't go to Memphis without stopping here..at least once!
I could tell you about Dyer's and you'd have a concept, like if I told you about my friend Bob. But there's nothing like meeting Bob, and once you've met Bob, no concept is adequate. Similarly you must experience Dyer's. Then, you'll know Dyer's. And knowledge is to concept like rock is to scissors. Do it. Now. Drop everything. Tomorrow we could all be dead.
Just an ok burger but great service. The service and history make it worth going
The best place for a burger hands down and great service!!!
