I went to the salon and asked the professional to cut my hair straight, I was VERY specific that I wanted my hair straight! He didn't cut my hair straight! I noticed when I washed my hair. I went on a trip for my wedding anniversary and when I came back I contacted the salon, and the salon said he will not correct their mistake, if i want them to correct their mistake i will have to pay for it! The salon didn't even have water on the day for customers. They are a lack of respect for the customer and lack of professionalism!
