Agreed on a deal for a new vehicle. Manager came and said there was an extra charge for Kia Pro Care Plan. The charge was $2995.00 and he said every customer has to take it. That extra charge offsets most of Kia discounts they give you. This is illegal, google it they can't add this on to the deal if you don't want it. But they say you have to take it. I just walked away.
