The appointment starts with a friendly greeting from the receptionist Joyce. After a short wait ( I was early) I was escorted to the X-ray machine by the courteous and friendly Dental Hygienist. Next I am ushered to the cubicle for teeth exam and cleaning. The process is efficient and frequent stops to assure my well-being. All runs smooth and finally the Dentist comes in to give another quality review and a thorough oral exam. My next appointment is provided and I am on my way. This is a typical experience. Ed Houlihan
