We had a Trane furnace (high end) installed by Dyer and Deweerd in 2014 and did not have a good experience. The unit failed once or twice each winter due to ignitor failures. Although they were always quick to respond they never diagnosed the underlying problem, just kept replacing ignitors. This year we finally got another opinion by a local company who is actually a Trane dealer but by this time the warranty had expired because Dyer and Deweerd did not register the furnace with Trane..
