Samuel (Sam) worked with us from out of state so communication was very important. He did a fantastic job at it. We had a few particulars having a VA loan but everything worked out perfectly. I purchased my home in Linton back in May of 2022 and it was listed with Dyar Real Estate when I purchased it, so when I decided to sell it I went to Dyar Real Estate. I figured they had sold it once, they could surely do it again. The realtor I spoke with who worked with my husband and I was Mercedes and I was not impressed. The entire 6 months that it was listed she only held two showings, each one only being around an hour and a half, despite me requesting we do a longer one.
