Xavier is amazing and thorough in his work, and communicates every step of the way! I have diagnosed mold exposure, unsure of source. I felt heard. He went through every part and piece in the outside unit and the air handler in the attic, not an easy or fun thing to do, and he found it! He did an amazing job of cleaning the coils, fan, air handler, the outside unit, and installing an air purifier, which I also highly recommend. He cared as if we're family, nothing tops that. My unit started malfunctioning yesterday today he came by, took a look at it and found the problem He quickly and made a repair unit works perfectly now
We were told by two other businesses we needed a new unit! Xavier came out, found the problem that had nothing to do with needing a new unit and will send an estimate to fix it.
Xavier just completed an annual inspection on our 2 year old 16 SEER Trane combined F/A gas furnace/Air Conditioning system, along with a similarly designed 17+ year old York system. He did a FANTASTIC job! Xavier is highly Professional, very thorough, & provides friendly customer service. I highly recommend DXP Air Conditioning & Heating!
