Customer service used to be the best. Now, not so much.
Whoever is stripping screws in the assembly of sensor probes. I do not like you right now. Enshitification of this planet for profit. If DO is going to be an analytical instrumentation manufacturer, and not adhere to rigorous quality control and assurance standards. Then whats the point of using the word analytical. Might as well be spitballing and guessing 🤷
