I’ve been a DWS customer for 3 or 4 years now. I’ve brought almost every bike I’ve owned here for one thing or another. It’s the only shop I go to, and the only one I’d recommend. No job is too big or small for Tom and Sandy.
I’ve been bringing my street bikes here for a couple of years now. Always fair prices and absolutely great customer service. I highly recommend this shop!
I initially contacted DWS for service on my busa that was acting up. They had great reviews on Yelp which and they where closed to where I live in San Diego. I notices they had a bike in stock for sale I had been looking for. Tom the owner was very friendly and we negotiated a fair deal we both agreed on. Navy Federal pre approval made the deal a breeze. Fantastic shop, good people. I highly recommend them!
The friendliest staff. Tom and Sandy took me in after my bike broke down the same day and made me feel right at home. Tom is knowledgeable and downright somebody I can trust. My go-to shop for parts and service.
I have worked with Tom and sandy for the past 4 years and have never been let down once. even when their business is jam packed, they still find a spot for you and get your toys back to you in a timely manner. all without sacrificing care or cutting corners. plus they dont pressure you into buying somthing you dont need. if Tom recommends it, you probably need it.
