Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments? Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
