I just had the best experience I’ve ever had with a heating and air company. My husband went out of town yesterday (of course). By the time I got home from the airport and errands our upstairs unit had stopped cooling. It was 78 and climbing. I tried a couple of things with no luck. Dwight was helpful, courteous and most of all HONEST. While the big names in DFW you see advert during the morning news were sending over their "Specialists" (aka Salesmen) claiming we needed nearly $6,000 worth of work just to make a sale, Dwight focused on the actual problem. With Dwight, there was no sales pitch. He did a full service checkup diagnosing the problem and focusing on the much needed repair only.
