Dwight was a delight to work with in selling my mom' s home. If one method did not seem to be working, he would think outside of the box to attract more interest in her home. His honesty and integrity meant so much to us as he helped in guiding us through the whole process. Not only was he a fantastic realtor, but we feel we have gained a good friend also.

When I met with Dwight to discuss the sale of my house, I was impressed with his knowledge of real estate and it’s value. His appraisal of my house was right on target with the loan officers appraisal. I was completely satisfied with the way he handled the sale and the way he kept me informed of the progress of the sale. Dwight Hicks was such a reliable realtor. He made himself available to answer all of our questions and concerns. He was reliable. He showed up on time for all of our appointments and called us back (if he missed our call) at reasonable times. We felt like he really cared about what we wanted. He didn't try to push any decisions on us. He was so friendly and very approachable. I would refer him to anyone who's looking for a realtor.
