We had an issue with our fan ****, ****** came out quickly and diagnosed the issue right away. He even gave us options on the repair, websites to order parts, and instruction on how to do it ourselves OR to call him back to get it done professionally. Then he checked in a week later to make sure we were set. You do not get professionalism and customer service like this all the time, so it is refreshing to now that DWG Appliance Repair is doing it the right way. We will not hesitate to use them again.....
Quick response to email submission. Came out next day and was able to fix our dryer on the spot. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended company to work with.
