Townhome was very nice. I lived in the master and had plenty of space. Aaron was very responsive and overall a great landlord. If I come back to Seattle I will definitely live here again.

I lived here for three months for a travel assignment and had an amazing experience. From quickly addressing any needed repairs, to ordering supplies, maintaining a top notch security system, and ensuring communication amongst all housemates regarding any issues that come up, Aaron goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. I would absolutely recommend staying in a Dwelzi rental to anyone seeking short or long term housing.
For anyone looking for short term, flexible housing, you’ve found the place. One of the biggest stressors of travel nursing, is finding housing. Aaron, has taken the stress away. He is reasonable, accommodating, and flexible. The house itself is very nice, in a great neighborhood, safe and has everything you could want/need.
