We contracted with Dwelling Doctors to add on to our patio and build a retaining wall. They never completed the work, poured concrete over our sprinklers and never re-ran the lines as stated in the contract, and ghosted us when we tried to have them come back and complete their work.
Our roof was replaced 3 yrs ago by Dwelling Doctors with 30 yr. shingle warranty. This year in April 2021 we had some shingles and flashing get blown off in a storm that cam through. I've tried numerous times, six to be exact, calling them to let them know that I need them to come out and look at the damages and fix because I'm getting ready to put my home on the market.. This company provide warranty and then changes their number. Current number doesn't work and experience with them was awful
DD put a new roof on my house in 2017. I’ve had some issues with the company, including needing repairs to a leak that has been over my garage. It’s taken about 3 visits and yet again today, April 12, 2020, after the big storm we had the roof is still leaking. This is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I called them earlier this week to see about them fixing my roof as it seemed the leak was fixed but I’m glad they didn’t get back to me so I could confirm that it wasn’t yet fixed.
