All the good reviews are fake. I felt extremely unsafe living here, as the surrounding areas are extremely dangerous. Furthermore, when I moved in there was a huge roach and ant infestation in every room. At one point we even found a dead rat 🤮🤮🤮. Lived here for about a month, DO NOT LIVE HERE
The reviews clearly do not reflect the quality of living. Dwell Tenn Street Apartments is the worst off campus student housing apartment Complex in Florida. This complex does not respect roommate preferences, has poor installations on units, maintenance and the leasing office managers never follow through with requests.
terrible place, worthless
I keep calling the office, nobody picks up the phone. It just hangs up. What kind of customer service is that? It is terrible.
Please do not waste your time or money on this apartment complex it is truly a terrible place. I know the price looks good but the front office and maintenance are all garbage. They really do not care about you there. I stayed there for 2 years and I regret it.
