If I could give them zero stars that would be more accurate. They suck. I have nothing good to say. We were forced to move out of our home due to negligence and at best miscommunication, at worst complete disregard for our living conditions. RUN. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
The main gripe is with the ownership. Completely unprofessional and dismissive of tenants. Maintenance requests are most likely to get ignored and it is almost impossible to actually get ahold of anyone via phone. I would advise anyone to not rent from Dwell, mainly because the incompetent ownership. Dwell owner Chris and Realtor Darray went above and beyond to serve us well in the search and purchase of a home in NE Portland. They listened to what we wanted and stuck to those guidelines when offering homes to view. They were diligent in pursuing estimates for the restoration that the home we loved needed. We were able to negotiate a lower price based on the amount of work needed on the home. After the purchase they were very responsive when we needed additional information and support.
