RUN!! I would not recommend renting through dwell or using them as a property management company as an home owner to anyone; go any other rental company that is not dwell, save yourself the headache. They did nothing to maintain the property during my tenancy and i’m also led to believe the homeowners were not aware of the issues in the house either. My experience with this property management company was deeply disappointing. Despite being a small team, there was a significant lack of communication and coordination. Critical information was often unclear or inconsistent, and rather than addressing concerns transparently during regular business hours via email or scheduled meetings, the team would reach out late in the evening—sometimes as late as 8 PM—for unscheduled phone calls.
