Looks better than it really is You rent at Dwell for what it offers such as the basketball court and pool. The basketball however closes at 9 and there is dance class most of the time that end at 8. Aside from that they have children’s play time and other activities to top over that so the basketball court is really used for anything other than basketball. DONT RENT FROM THEM ! ?My stay at Dwell was ok but not the luxury experience for sure - they will try to get every dime out of you - they are trying to bill me an entire month of rent in penalty’s because I did not give “proper notice to vacate” even though I told them I wouldn’t renew, signed the online notice, and wrote an email stating that I would leave before renewal is due. I dropped off my keys with a representative and she told me im cleared and everything is good. I said is there anything else you need, she said no ... read more
