I’m not sure where to even start. When the company took over the building they raised everyone’s rent, but don’t like to fix anything at least properly. I’ve waited two years for my AC to get fixed they can’t even do that. Maintenance and the company itself are horrible with communication. They expect you to follow the lease, but they can go against it. Suppose to give your tenant advance notice on when someone comes over to look/TRY to fix something. Personally would never rent through them ever again. Some people were kind and tried having communication (chas and mariah) but there were many times i couldn't reach anybody, i would go to the office and just about everytime they were closed early (closing before 3pm when they close at 5pm) There was also a time i had called the emergency line for an urgent issue, the phone rang and as you would expect nobody ever answered. if you're someone like me who typically takes the chance and ignores the reviews, i genuinely advise ... read more
