I had thought this company was better than others in the area but wrong. Wasted my time and money on several occasions. One would think a company would want to help those looking be successful and not be inflexible.
Do not rent from this company — documented issues at every stage of tenancy I want to warn prospective renters about a pattern of unprofessional and unlawful conduct I experienced firsthand. Move-in: The unit was not ready on the first day of the lease. Staff were still "cleaning" when I arrived, and the property was left in a filthy condition, including a dead mouse in plain sight. My room is great, however I did make a maintenance request on my third day of living here because my fridge broke. I was charged quite a bit for having just moved in!
Skip working with this business. We had an appointment scheduled with this company. The realtor did not show up. We waited for 15 minutes before we called the company. They told us nobody was available to show us the house we had been scheduled to see. Very poor communication and does not follow through for clients.
I was told three weeks ago that the plumbing was bad. They have not sent documentation explaining what was wrong or if they are going to fix it. Nor have they told it’s okay to come back. They refuse to send anything just verbal “pipe burst you have to go” won’t respond to me now. A massive scam company. Do not rent through them. I haven’t been able to go home in three weeks paid December rent. Still no communication that isn’t im sorry for what you’re going through and them not fixing the issue.
