Harbor have done a great job managing my properties! Great people that cared about my needs and interest. Mariah, Dan, Alex and more were great with communication and problem solving.
I’m not sure where to even start. When the company took over the building they raised everyone’s rent, but don’t like to fix anything at least properly. I’ve waited two years for my AC to get fixed they can’t even do that. Maintenance and the company itself are horrible with communication. They expect you to follow the lease, but they can go against it. Suppose to give your tenant advance notice on when someone comes over to look/TRY to fix something.
