Rented from them in Austin at City Limits. Had 6 months lease. Stayed there 2 nights in 6 months as I am trucking. Cleaned and mopped floor before I left. They charged me 72.00 to wipe out cabinets and mop floor. I never used the cabinets. And I did the floor. Also cost me 1600 for not giving 2 months notice to move out. Was in the lease but I didn't have it with me in my truck so.I WOULD SAY NEVER RENT FROM THEM. They will screw you one way or another.

Harbor have done a great job managing my properties! Great people that cared about my needs and interest. Mariah, Dan, Alex and more were great with communication and problem solving.
