RecommendedI’ve lived here for two years and I love it. The staff is attentive and very helpful and understanding. The maintenance team does an amazing job as well. The rent isn’t an obscene amount although we are in a well coveted area of the city, either. I plan to stay here until I purchase a home and that’s saying a lot because since I’ve been here for 8 years, I tend to move yearly due to poor management and crazy rent increases. Quail valley offers some peace of mind.

The office staff truly makes the difference! They have become members of our extended and family and are very genuine in their interactions with the residents. We walk to the office multiple times a week just to chat and say hi, because they are more than the office workers; they are our friends!
