Horrible system , people that work there are nice but the no answering the phone is horrible. Need to work on that.
Our community made a huge mistake switching to this HOA management company. With our previous management, everything ran smoothly, but ever since this company took over, it has been nothing but frustration. They are unresponsive, disorganized, and provide no real value to the community. It feels like they do absolutely nothing to address residents’ concerns or improve our neighborhood.
