We had our 2014 Expedition that would not start towed to Dwayne's. The lot and garage were full of junk vehicles, etc., so he had to try and work on it outside. He wasn't able to get it running, but may have diagnosed it correctly as a slipped timing issue, charging over $300. We should have followed our gut and had it towed elsewhere after we saw the place, and feel we should give others a heads up. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I think Dwayne is honest, the place just isn't what it probably once was.

Called to see if they would work on 2013 Lincoln mkz with coolant the lady who answered did even give me a chance to speak after her introduction before yelling hello! And then she put the mechanic on the phone who was just short and rude the entire time. When I explained my issue he said “uh yeah that’s not something I think I want to get into” when asked to elaborate he “it’s not a service I want to do” and didn’t provide much more info than that. Just based on the phone call not somewhere I would spend money

Trashy scammers. Wouldn’t let them fix a hot wheels car let alone an actual car
