Just had a very poor experience with a nurse who was rude and hung up on me. My daughter gets frequent UTI's. Normally when I call they simply send an order for a UA, we collect her sample and take it to the lab. This time the nurse was very rude, said she needed to be seen. There is no logic behind this, only money. Why would you want to expose my daughter to a bunch of sick kids rather than handling this outside of the office?? Goes to show they are not concerned for my child's welbeing, only about being paid for something... read more
