I was on time for my appointment, but it was two and one half hours before I finally saw Dr. Flowers and was able to leave. The staff was very nice, as was Dr. Flowers, but I felt the excessive wait time was most disrespecting of my time and needs.
He forgot to check my macular degeneration until I reminded him just before the appointment was over. He was disrespectful and condescending. He rushed through all my questions. After I showed some assertiveness toward him, he changed his demeaner towards me but I honestly felt bullied before that. We were referred to him by a very close friend, so I am extremely disappointed. My husband has an appointment with him tomorrow so I'm anxious to see how that goes. In April 2009 my husband saw Dr Flowers, now he is blind in one eye.He would speak to me instead of my husband, who was his patient.
I was misdiagnosed with glaucoma but Dr Flowers did extensive testing and said that I did not have glaucoma. No eye drops or surgery for me! Thank you Dr. Flowers!
Dr. Dwayne Roberts diagnosed and corrected my vision problems giving me a better quality of life every day. I appreciate the attention to detail displayed by the entire staff along with the respect paid to their patients. I recommend this practice to anyone.
