We were patients a few years back before moving. As a new mom I was full of questions that were always answered with kindness and never judged . I recently had to call to get a few copies of our records and even now all the staff was so kind. We miss this office. Havent found anything that compares where we live now.

My 3 year old son has been seeing Dr. St. Jacques since he was born, and we just added newborn twins to the patient list. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. St. Jacques, he is genuinely kind, has great bedside manner, and is very no nonsense and reasonable about his recommendations. He will never recommend intervention that your kid doesn’t actually need. My son has seen Dr. Jacques maybe twice and our experience with him was fantastic. However, the billing department is a different story. Our family made a cross-country move and just recently received an email from Katrina regarding setting up another appointment, not about a bill. Once reached out to alert them to remove our contact information since we don't have a reason to see Dr. Jacques now that we are out of state, I recieve an email about a bill.
