RecommendedBeing a car novice, I felt comfortable and in good hands bringing my vehicle here. The service advisor, Dani, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Her level of competency was easily shown as she was able to dummy everything down for me. I will be bringing my vehicle here again when needed!

Review of the Service Department. Wasted two hours of my life I will never get back. Scheduled a week ahead of time for a 4-wheel alignment. Specifically told the young lady at the service desk that I want the Hunter machine measurement printouts , before and after. AND, if the before measurements indicate within spec, I need to see that. Don't tell me "it's fine" without any data to support that. Two hours later she bounces in to the waiting room telling me no alignment necessary. This is an excellent dealership. I've been taking my cx9 here for maintenance and they are always thorough and do a great job. Plus they are kind and they have a great waiting area.
We had a great experience at Dwayne Lane's Skagit with Trevor Sheldon. There was no pressure to buy, but to experience and test as we wanted or needed. We ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and the process was made easy.
I found the Crosstrek I was searching for online at Dwayne Lane and emailed for more information. Tyler H was so friendly and responsive and we finalized the deal quickly via email, with accessories added in a couple days, for pickup that weekend. Not only were they ready for me when I arrived from across the state, Tyler even came in on her day off to meet me and hang out with me while the car was being prepped.
