Had an appointment to have my first oil change on my 2025 Chev 1500 LTZ duramax. Appointment time was 1:00. Still setting in the waiting room at 2:20 waiting for my truck. They said they were short a quart of oil. I could have walked to town and back by now to get a quart of oil. The girl , Rysa Bankston said it takes a hour for them to change oil. TOO HIGH ON EVERYTHING THEY DO.
Bought a truck from Dwain Taylor Chevrolet in Murray KY on November 16th 2024. As soon as we drove the truck off the lot it made a loud noise when it went into 4th gear. We immediately took it back to the dealership and let them know what happened they said “ drive it for a week, the truck has to learn the driver and then the problem will go away….” ( also the sales manager * Mike Scott * made the comment “good thing you have a power train warranty good for 30 days)We drove it for a week and it still made the same noise, cal... read more
