We have used Dwain's services several times and have always been pleased. He's prompt and does a complete job at a fair price.
Leaves carpet very clean and nearly dry. Has huge fans to ensure quick overnight drying. In our busy Home Style Cafe this is a big job & Dwain Ray does it well. Our drawback was new seating was heavy & he didnt want to move it. So i made other arrangements. I highly recommend his services, though.

The gentleman showed up at my home refused to take his shoes off and told me he couldn't clean my carpet. He was extremely rude.
I rarely leave reviews for anything but this is such a great business I had to. Five stars for care, quality, honesty/integrity, and just being super great to work with. Wish every business could be like this!
