My therapist just up and left this practice. Just as I disclosed some trauma. Right after I get into a car accident. Makes me never want to see another therapist ever again. I feel violated. And they disabled my access to the patient portal. Now I can't get documents I need for social security. Thanks a lot.
Apparently you can’t have a service animal and try to seek counseling because the therapist is to afraid of dogs to continue and then make you feel uncomfortable then try to do virtual appointments after you wasted time gas energy but whatever I’ll go find someone else that not afraid of a 5 lbs dog then the doctor that’s not afraid of dogs mind you which is crazy is in a meeting so time wasted won’t be wasting my time with them again because where my service animal isn’t welcomed neither am i
I needed an ADHD evaluation but was going to be waiting nearly 6+ months for most facilities. I’d end up moving before I could get in. I ended up asking in a Facebook group and one of the owners reached out saying that they had availability the next month. I immediately switched my referral over and Dr. Hull called me the next day to schedule. Incredibly kind, professional, and answered all of my questions about my diagnosis and the testing. The staff here are amazing and kind not just Dr. Dorsey who was working with my kids, but everyone who works there. The office is quiet, clean, and relaxing. The costs for all services were communicated well before the appointment, and each step of the process was explained. I also love the smaller clinic feel and the fact that D&W is a local business so it feels very patient centered. Please keep doing what you guys are doing. I am wishing you all the growth in 2026!
I was referred to D&W by a friend and we couldn't have been happier. We were able to schedule within a week from when we originally called. The process to get the psych eval for my daughter and the follow up therapies t was smooth, and we were very pleased with dr. Walker professionalism and miss Sparks therapeutic approach with my daughter.
