Friendly and knowledgeable! Able to repair a couple lamps I have brought in over the years. I’m bringing another to them today and have confidence that if it can be fixed, they’ll do it and at a fair price. Love this business!
RecommendedWe can’t say enough about the great customer service and the final product! We couldn’t find the right color and size fixture anywhere, so after being referred to D&W Lighting by the nice folks at Lighting Inctexas we ordered these orange shades on-line from Litfad, and brought them to D & W for retrofitting. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, asked all the questions we hadn’t considered, and made great suggestions resulting in this really happy customer 😊
I have been meaning to leave this review for quite a while... You really should shop here. Seriously. I LOVE this store. I have a couple vintage lamps that I've had rewired and replaced the shades. Amber is so good at helping find the perfect shade for any lamp. She is also cheery and knows where to find just the right shade in what looks like a massive inventory. They also have a very fair return policy if you have second thoughts once you get it home.
First time here, Anna had the part's I needed in her hand, along with perfect knowledge of the size of the harp that would work best quicker than a Google search...and...HALF the price of what I found on the net....Shop Local people..Quite impressive !!!

Just moved here and don't know anyone so finding specialty places isn't easy. Went in with a hardwired IKEA light needing to turn it into a plug in with a plug in cord I also had from IKEA. They were incredibly friendly and got it done affordably and timely! Not sure how many other lighting needs I'll have, but if I have any, I will definitely use them, hands down!
D&W can create custom lamps to your specifications; they design their own pieces, they have vintage pieces they can update for you; and they will repair lighting that can be repaired. All that and shades, what else do you want?
Very helpful and they had just what I needed. They even showed me how to do the repair myself.
