Resident for 4 years. Lease ended March 1st. Have been asking for my damage deposit back (they legally have 21 days to make decision) or a letter stating why i'm not getting it back. Landlord quit responding to emails, called corporate office for help, they sent me back to landlord. Being given the run around. Just give me my money. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Newly remodeled apartments. By the book management. Many locations!
Lived there years ago during co vid, and now they're sending a collection agency after me, because supposedly I owe 2000 dollars rent . During co vid, there was rental relief for people, and I had it, and it paid my rent twice, and then I lost my job, and ok, so never rent from them ever, they are a piece of work, they re certified me 5 times in one month, so, yeah, I never rent from them, especially if your very disabled, because if they see that, they'll see a chance to take advantage of you, and they will recertify you an... read more
