Maintenance is wonderful and always helpful. Actual management unprofessional behavior, inappropriate behavior from legitimate management team. Inability to differentiate between personal and professional when concerning staff living in building. Inability to be polite to residents related to other management having personal issues (non existent besides one sided, for context) nothing resolved through actual management only maintenance. Resident for 4 years. Lease ended March 1st. Have been asking for my damage deposit back (they legally have 21 days to make decision) or a letter stating why i'm not getting it back. Landlord quit responding to emails, called corporate office for help, they sent me back to landlord. Being given the run around. Just give me my money. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Location also is husband and wife duo, shes landlord, he is maintence. Nothing was fixed properly, water leak because pipe was installed upside down, ... read more
