The food is delicious. The service is fantastic. But, the chief reason for the 5-star review is the cleanliness of the place. During my meal today, I was seated at a table where I had a clear view of the restrooms. I watched as an employee scoured every square inch of the porcelain toilet. That kind of professionalism—when one thinks no one is watching—is why this place is so great. Well done, toilet scrubbing guy!
