Very helpful and willing to find the kind of vehicle I was looking for. I just talked to sales person on the phone but they were very helpful. Will talk to them again when I look for another truck.
The dealer did respond to my e-mail inquiring about a few more vehicle details; however not with any information regarding the questions I had asked. They requested I call them. I prefer some basic information (such as price) before wasting anybody’s time with further contact such as a phone call. If I had wanted to call them about the vehicle, I wouldn’t have sent the email to begin with.
