Literally not a good experience, got charged double just to get cut on my big toe and have my pinky top coat fall off 2 hours later . Will be contacting the store. Ridiculousssss💔

I came here for a soak-off with the intention of getting a new full set afterward. However, after my experience with the soak-off, I decided this was not the salon for me. From the beginning, I repeatedly told the technician that I wanted a soak-off. Instead, she continuously tried to use a tool to remove my nails to pry them off. If I’m paying over $18 for a soak-off, I expect my nails to actually be soaked off, not yanked off. If I wanted them pried off, I could have done that at home.
