I called these guys when my electric furnace went out on the weekend to help diagnose what is wrong with the system. I can't believe how badly their technician diagnosed it. First, he told me he saw 340 volts going across my furnace breaker and no where else in the house. To put that into context, an American house usually has 240 volts on an electrical line, at max. David and Jaden came by and identified many things that need fixing. It’s going to be expensive to get everything taken care of, but these guys were very friendly and helpful and took time and care in explaining the various charges with me.
