Our heater went out and this was the first available technician. With a small child and no heat, I was really grateful for their immediate availability, but after getting the furnace looked at by a few others, I’m skeptical about the diagnostics and the quote provided. Another tech from a different company was able to get our old furnace working so that we aren’t immediately without heat during a winter storm. My furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve. I called Holy Molly and David came out within an hour. He was extremely helpful, went through all the options. He came back a second time the same day to try and get the furnace going. I highly recommend David.
