just took my 85 yr. old grandmother into urgent care only to be refused service under claims she was not covered. She is indeed covered they just did not bother to take a proper look at her insurance.

We had a bad experience here too. The PA Usmann Arshad could not help us because he did not have a high enough certification or something. We needed a prescription that he could not get us. "Not his problem", he said, and then, "Not his fault." he walked away while I was asking for ideas to fix our medication issue. This guy, Usmann, could not have been more rude and unhelpful, wasted my time going there.
