Your tenants frequently park in the elderly assisted living community next door taking their limited parking spaces. There are 3 tenants that regularly park. Please speak with them to be respectful of others.
I’ve had my fair share of problems living at the Duxbury, mostly because management in the past was beyond horrible and did not care whatsoever. The apartment itself was charming and in my favorite neighborhood. Cute little view. But I’m writing this review because I’ve been blown away with the new manager, Ellie. Duxbury team was very responsive to my questions and accommodating to my schedule during the application process. Highly recommend! Happy to have a new home.
I lived here last year right before Covid and I was there for a little over a year. I never left a review because I felt that JR wanted bodies and getting people approved was his motive. I had lived at Pacific Pointe before that and did not want to live under Nieders again because of the experience I had there. If I would of known that the Duxbury was under Nieders I would have never applied. Yet desperation tends to make you make rash decisions.
