This is the worst plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. A technician named Lester Thompson came to check a leaking shower faucet and instantly quoted me around $700 to fix it — claiming he’d have to cut into the wall and install a panel. I told him I didn’t agree and simply asked him to put the cartridge back. Then came the performance. He suddenly couldn’t reinstall it, forcing it and saying it was “too old.” He went to his truck for “tools,” but during that time, I reinstalled it myself — in seconds.
