Duvall came out same day! Chase has bee to my house several times. He goes above and beyond and is very friendly everything to me before it was done.

Had a slight leak on water heater. Called and had a nice technician come out. He took everything apart and put it back together I payed him a lot and it still leaked. I called back to get it fixed and was quoted a few thousand dollars for a new water heater. Called a different plumber and they fixed it for less than the first visit. I will never use them again.

Rick has been out several times and is always very knowledgeable and professional. We bought the $299.00 membership and then last fall I called to have our cooling unit serviced. It was a long summer so we waited til fall. I was told “we can’t do that until the spring”! What?? So my membership meant nothing!! I tried to ask them why but was told again NO UNTIL SPRING. so they lost a good customer that had spent a lot of money with them!!!

Duvall sent someone right away, they did a great job and were friendly. We are very satisfied! The only suggestion I have is that the communication could have been a bit better. Notably, the office sent an extra invoice that confused us. We were told to disregard it. Also, when we called the office, there was no one who could give us an answer. So. I’m changing my review to 4 stars.
