I am extremely pleased with the service at Duvall Plumbing. Donovan Thompson was courteous and friendly, taking care of my wood floors and rugs coming in and out of the house. He was very thorough that only in the work that he performed, but his explanation of their awesome service plan For HVAC and plumbing. My Husband and I will definitely continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends and neighbors! 😎👍🏼

I had a pipe burst in the living room wall, flooding almost all of the downstairs rooms. I called Duvall, and Kendall was there within 30 minutes, locating the leak and capping off the burst pipe until final repairs could be made. Dalton made the final repairs, replacing the old outside faucet and the piping into the house. Do not use these guys. My outside AC fan stopped working so I called. First they were late in the 4hr window they gave me so I had to reschedule to another day. They finally send 2 guys out. 1 tech starts checking for leaks for some reason. As he is doing that the other guy starts talking to me about replacement and rebates already. We don't even have a diagnosis yet. I told them were done and had to pay an $87 service fee.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge and input about my hot water heater he was very pleasant, professional and helpful! I strongly suggest Duval plumbing heat and cooling for any service that you may need!
