Very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We had a slab leak and every team that come out we’re very hard workers, Treated our home and animals with respect and got the job done right! Very prompt. Couldn’t ask for better service. They will continue to have all of our plumbing and HVAC service in the future. Very Thankful for this company and their employees.
08/25/25 Update Another great experience with Duvall Plumbing. Our lead was Drew Lewis and he got us back up and running within 4 hours of arrival. We replaced an 11 year old 75 Gallon Hot Water Heater and recirculating pump. Job looks great, they worked clean and were great guys that shared a lot of knowledge . Thank you! Shocked that the technician tried to give me a verbal quote over the phone from another companies reporting a slab leak. He didn’t even bother to come and look for hisself. A verbal report is not worth the air you breathe. He called the wrong number to confirm we were here when everyone at Duvall could see the correct call number. My number blocks unknown callers and I was very specific in my instructions. I’m sorry because I went by the google reviews to choose Duvall
The two stars is based on the job performed. Called for what I expected to be a first time one and done repair on our irrigation system but after a week and three trips back and forth cause it kept blowing apart we ended up canceling the service with a huge bill and nothing being repaired. Done the repair ourselves. The tech on the other hand was very friendly and obviously done the best he could. I do appreciate the repair attempts but it's hard to look at a $1700.00+ bill when I spent 45.00 myself and got a completed job.
