Inspector was not interested in my inspection after he had his money. The FL room was leaking while it was raining. After he left I asked him what he saw in that area if anything. He said I needed to contact a qualified contractor. I expected him to say excatly what he saw or " in view of the leak "let me take a close lookr". I'm not asking him to give me a detail list of repairs needed but tell me if he saw anything.
