my son and his pregnant wife bought a car from duval who represented the car as having minor problems. turned out there was twice the selling price in needed repairs. duval auto refused.to do anything. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Absolutely, the best place to get a car. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Not many people....actually no one....would try and help you more than Amy & the team at Duval Auto Just a tip maybe for people who've never gone through this process.... --> Its not like your buying a t-shirt from Walmart...you cant just bring it back after you get a stain on it, thinking your going to get a brand new one....you gotta take care of things, and if something does happen to "stain" you gotta put a little effort into getting the stain... read more
Great place for a used car ... they work with you as much as they can and when I go to make payment I always feel like family when I walk I the door ... The worst car place I've ever been to they threaten you contact you through social media on Sundays even as late as midnight they threaten you with gta even when you tell them to come get the car the air never worked in it they don't know anything about cars.If i remember correctly living in a tropical state the vehicle is required to have working ac if it don't then that falls under the lemon law all i want them to do is to get it gone.these ppl are not friendly.Please come get your car out my yard
