Best car buying experience ever! I needed to replace my stolen Civic. Everyone that we worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased an ELR and the Dealership sent in the request for Clean Air Vehicle Decal (to allow riding in carpool lane). DMV has a limited amount of these decals to provide and Dutton failed to send the $8 fee with the DMV form. So now 4 months later, I just got letter from DMV saying "No Decal for You."
I will be returning to the Dutton Team next time I buy a car. They were friendly, helpful and took care of me all the way!!! Thanks Dutton!!
